5 Things for Friday

It's FRIDAY, I can already hear the wine cellars running dry.
Here are 5 things to make this Friday that much more interesting.

1. FRANK OCEAN'S "BOYS DON'T CRY" DROPS TODAY
\
After what feels like 5 years since it was announced (actually been just a year), Frank Ocean's painfully awaited album Boys Don't Cry is due for release today. It is 3pm in SA, so I can't say I am mad at Frankie boy for making me wait for so you can't blame me for being a little fearful of another date change.
I can't wait another year. i just can't.
[Update]: Frank Ocean still has not released the album and the word on the streets (the internet) is that he will be releasing the album in November, but at this point I really don't care anymore. I do, but I am not gonna show him that I do. it is just emotionally taxing to a point of extreme sadness.
2. TAYLOR SWIFT TESTED OUT THE STORY FEATURE ON INSTAGRAM AND I CAN'T BE MAD AT HER FOR HER SHADINESS.
\
After almost a whole month of a self-imposed Insta-hiatus, Taylor tried the new feature out on Olivia, her cat and it was a little too cute to ignore. I am not really sure what the SnapWar was about, but it was something for Miss Swift to run in the shadows for this long.
Enough about her, Olivia has this Instagram thing on lock so maybe she should be the one we follow instead of Swift. This kitty's got game and hopefully a lot less internet drama than mommy.
3. KATY PERRY RISES AGAIN
\
So last night, Katy Perry released the video for her new single 'Rise' and it was an experience. An inspiration some might say, but it tells us quite a bit about Perry...
She liked the nose ring so much, she put it in her hair
Katy Perry does not know how to release the parachute after landing
She will rise again
4. CARA DELEVINGNE COVERS UK VOGUE'S SEPTEMBER ISSUE.
\
Model/Actress/Style Enchantress Cara adds another cover to her belt and admits to her insecurities while in the modelling industry.
In the interview she opens up about how much of her work had come because of the number of followers she had on social media and shows off the badass 'tude she's come to be known for and is keeping away from the runway.
5. GOODNIGHT GOTHAM!!!
\
On Sunday, Rihanna made the video for her song Goodnight Gotham available on YouTube. After being asked what the craziest thing she's ever done was; the 1:06 long video shows RiRi running into a street full of her fans on a break from her ANTI photo shoot in Trocadero Square, Paris.
At first glance, the video wasn't as exciting you'd think considering how charged the song was, but the video is so warm and fucked up crazy that I don't want to stop watching.
